Dan & Bobbie Visit Paris

Ok. The unions in Europe are amazingly stupid. Apparently they plan strikes months in advance. In fact, there are web sites that list the various unions and what hours they plan to strike and where. It was just our luck to end up with the air traffic controllers shutting down Europe the same day we had to get to London. As a result, we ended up having to buy tickets on the Eurostar ("Chunnel") train to get to London. Our train is the second from the left. It's about the same at the Accela train that Amtrak runs on the East Coast.
